Complete Platform Usage Guide

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website, mobile app, and all services provided by goltogel ("Platform"). By accessing or using this Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the goltogel Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of those changes.

GolTogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by providing reasonable notice through the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the current version of the Terms.

To use the goltogel Platform and open an account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform.
• Residing in or accessing the Platform from a geographic region where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local laws.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Has never been suspended or banned from using the goltogel Platform previously.
• Registering personally in your own name and not on behalf of a third party.

GolTogel reserves the right to decline registration or close the account of any individual who does not meet these eligibility requirements at any time, including after account activation, should false information be discovered.

All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. goltogel reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals exceeding certain limits or as part of routine security reviews.

Documents that may be required for KYC:

• Copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• Bank statement or screenshot of the relevant digital wallet account.

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. GolTogel will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts. Enabling 2FA adds a significant extra layer of protection against unauthorized access.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. Certain methods may have different minimum limits, which will be displayed on the deposit page.
• All deposits are processed in real time or within minutes, depending on the chosen method.
• GolTogel does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges.
• Deposits must come from a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your GolTogel account.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals will be sent to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit, as an anti-money laundering security measure.
• Withdrawals via digital wallet are processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers are typically completed within 30 minutes to 4 hours on business days.
• For withdrawals exceeding RM 50,000, an additional security check will be conducted and this process may take up to 24 working hours.
• GolTogel reserves the right to delay suspicious withdrawals until an internal investigation has been completed.

GolTogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements explicitly stated in each promotion's terms. Players are encouraged to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

General Bonus Principles

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to the specified multiplier (e.g., 10x means the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times).
• Each promotion has a different validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the specified period ends.
• Some games may be excluded from fulfilling certain bonus wagering requirements. The list of eligible games is specified in each promotion's terms.
• GolTogel reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of misuse, bonus abuse, or a breach of terms.
• Each user is eligible to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.

• All game outcomes generated by the system are final and non-disputable, unless a verified technical error is proven to have occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, goltogel will endeavor to restore the game to its original state. If this is not possible, the affected wagers will be fully refunded.
• For sports betting, all markets are settled based on official results from the relevant sports governing body. Any errors in market settlement will be corrected once official results are obtained.
• GolTogel uses reputable internationally licensed game providers. The RTP of each game is displayed in the game information and reflects the long-term statistical return rate.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the goltogel Platform and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Identity Fraud — registering using another person's name, documents, or information.
• Multiple Account Ownership — opening more than one account under the same or different names to claim bonuses multiple times.
• Bonus Abuse — exploiting promotions through low-risk betting strategies clearly intended solely to transfer bonus funds.
• Money Laundering — using the Platform as a channel to process funds derived from illegal activities.
• Attempts to hack or disrupt the system — including the use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorized tools.
• Payment Fraud — including unauthorized chargebacks or use of payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Unauthorized Collusion — colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in competitive games.

GolTogel reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the goltogel support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 3 business days, and any valid cash balance will be returned to your original payment method.

If an account is closed due to a Terms violation, goltogel reserves the right to withhold balances associated with the violating activity, including winnings from bonuses obtained through irregular means.

GolTogel is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all users in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). Your personal data is collected, processed, and stored solely for the purpose of operating the services you use.

GolTogel is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruption or unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or factors beyond GolTogel's control.
• Losses incurred during play that are a natural outcome of the inherent risks of gaming.
• Decisions made by players based on inaccurate information provided by third parties.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

GolTogel is fully committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their playing habits:

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through the dispute resolution process established by goltogel, which will be communicated to the relevant user should a dispute arise.
